    Brad has more than 35 years of entrepreneurial and small business experience and development. He has worked for and with seven entrepreneurial organizations over those 35 years - primarily in sales, marketing, and strategy roles.

    As VP of Marketing and Strategy, Brad helped TTM Technologies through their IPO in 2000, raising $120M. The company now boasts annual revenue in excess of $2.5B.

    In 2005, Brad started AvaSure, growing the company to $57M annual revenue, with EBITDA greater than 30%, and 230 employees. In May of 2021, Brad sold a controlling share to a private equity syndicate made up of Goldman Sachs and Heritage Group, earning his investors an average annual rate of return over of 58% over 16 years.  Bard invested the proceeds of the sale to create the WheelFish Group.

  • Frank Peterson

    Frank Peterson joined WheelFish Group in 2022 after successfully leading the City of Muskegon for nearly nine years.

    Under his leadership, Muskegon experienced a resurgence that positioned the city as the State’s premier year-round waterfront community. Frank’s vision led to many significant economic investments, including hundreds of new housing units, waterfront redevelopment, significant renovations the the Trinity Health Arena, and the construction of a $25M convention center.

    As part of the WFG Team, Frank focuses his attention on operating WFG assets, with a specific emphasis on residential and mixed used real estate development.

  • Troy Wasserman

    Troy Wasserman was born and raised in Muskegon, Michigan. His roots run deep in Muskegon and the surrounding areas, and he now owns Muskegon’s oldest business, which has served West Michigan through five generations of the Wasserman family since 1880. Troy has been working in the Real Estate business since 2005. He began specializing in Marina sales, and has since expanded to commercial sales and special projects. Troy has a deep passion for Real Estate and appreciates historic preservation.

  • Mike Muskovin

    Mike Muskovin, Head of Strategic Sales at Prepared, is a Muskegon native and proud father. While he keeps an office at Prepared’s headquarters in Manhattan, he spends most of his time divided between his office at MuskGro and traveling the globe for business and pleasure. Mike is a top performing sales leader experienced in complex strategy development, sales methodology, forecast management, metric-based analytics, and solution design. As the first sales leader at Prepared, Mike led the SaaS startup to unprecedented growth in the public safety market including metrics that supported its Series A funding round led by Andreessen Horowitz and included Google’s venture fund as well as M13.

    Bryan specializes in the West Michigan Commercial/Industrial market. He began his career in commercial real estate in 2000. His background includes over 10 years of Environmental Consulting with his focus being due diligence related to Commercial/Industrial Property Transfers. His background enables him to provide valuable guidance to his clients, particularly in transactions associated with industrial and/or potential Brownfield sites in Michigan. His experience and expertise extends to the sale and leasing of all types of commercial properties including: office, retail, land, and investment properties. Utilizing team member expertise within Core, combined with his high level of professionalism and client service, he has worked and negotiated transactions on behalf of numerous property and business owners, developers, municipalities and financial institutions throughout his career. Bryan is a Partner at Core Realty Partners, LLC and manages the company’s Commercial Division.

  • Marty Systema

    Marty completed his undergrad studies at Calvin College and then received his PT degree from Central Michigan University in 1997. He went on to complete a residency in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy at Gratiot Hospital in Alma, MI and was named a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists as a result. He received a second manual therapy certification (Certified Integrated Manual Therapist) through Great Lakes Seminars.

    Marty has served as Reimbursement Director with the Michigan Physical Therapy Association, and he teaches manual therapy continuing education courses for other therapists around the country. He has taught over 2,500 students and professionals over the last 15 years on how the body works and how i’move treats pain and disability. Marty was named Distinguished Physical Therapy Alumni by CMU in 2012.

    Marty chose “i’m balancing” on his business cards as finding balance in life is his greatest struggle. Helping to achieve balance in his patients is his quest. Balancing the mechanics between neighboring joints, balancing soft tissues within the patterns of motions that occur, and striving to balance his patients’ desires with their abilities.
